The office was very stylish without being overbearing and intimidating like many plastic surgery offices are. The South Bay is a more relaxed area and I was happy to have the Beverly Hills experience with the convenience of close to home. Dr Bray also was warm and pleasing without a lot of over the top talk, dress or fanfare. He was casual, upbeat and not distracted. Finds out about YOU and does not treat you as if you're off an assembly line. He was focused. Also, he sets you at ease and before you know it, your procedure is over. The staff was very accommodating to my schedule for a late appointment. Being in surgical healthcare 42 years myself, I feel I know what to expect from out front AND behind the scene. The office is efficient, friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. There was not a lot of prying paperwork, but enough to make sure of your safety. They did follow up calls and made sure I was enrolled in a program to assist my next visits with discounts. Making sure to respect my privacy, they did not make it seem like a business transaction (wham bam thank you ma'am). This was an INCREDIBLE opportunity presented by the Dr on Groupon. I am now 3 days post treatment. There is no bruising or pain. Results are better than I expected, and I'm excited to know it will improve, too. I am very pleased with the experience and will be going back to this plastic surgeon for other procedures.

I want to thank you for the great job you did with my brow and facelift. It was exactly what I had hoped for, not the tight permanent smile, just a much more younger, relaxed look.

I've written this letter so many times in my head and finally found the opportunity to get it on paper. I wish to express my thanks to you for getting rid of "the old lady." Remember when I told you of seeing this old woman in the reflections as I shopped? It is so wonderful to have compliments from people who haven't known of the surgery. One, especially, meant so much, I was ordering new frames from the optician I've known for over twenty-five years. Her remark was "You're the only woman I've seen who looks better and better as she ages." Another came in a thank you note from a friend which ended in, "You look so marvelous." Little did they know. Perhaps it is true that cheaters always prosper?
I greatly appreciated your expertise, honesty, availability, easy manner, follow ups, phone information, and affordability (which was especially wonderful to have a discount for ).

As you know, I had my initial "nose job" with another surgeon several years ago who botched the job pretty badly. I was very disappointed with the results of that surgery and hesitant to have more surgery since the experience was very traumatic.
My experience with you and your staff was truly wonderful! You took the time to answer all my questions and explain the procedure in detail. Your staff was always available and very helpful when I called. The surgery itself went better than I ever imagined. I was never in any pain or discomfort and felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process. Your nurses were very patient and kind to me before during, and after the surgery. This outstanding level of care continues at each of my post-op appointments.
The little bit of swelling and bruising I had is now gone and I am ecstatic about my new nose. It is absolutely perfect! I know that my surgery was a bit more challenging because you had to repair someone else's mistakes. Even with the added challenge, you have given me a nose that is proportional to my face and one that looks very natural. You are truly an expert in you field!

At the age of 52 I decided that I needed and was ready for a new look. I wasn't really looking to look younger because at the age of 52 I feel great and my shape is still pretty good. I just wanted to look better. Dr. Bray was able to accommodate my needs. My eyes and neck look great. I can put eye make-up on with out lifting up my brows that use to hang over my lids. My brows are back up where they used to be 10 years ago.

Very courteous, friendly, and above all professional staff as well. Excellent surgeon (Dr. Bray). I felt I had excellent communication with Dr. Bray. He listens, cares, and very professional in his work. Also, his Surgical Center is very equipped.

When I first came into Dr. Bray's office for a routine consultation, I was uneasy and quite nervous. His Office Staff immediately put me at ease. Lee Rogers, in particular, made me feel like I was of the utmost importance, even though she had a room full of patients in the waiting room.
When I meet with Dr. Bray, he went over his various credentials with me, which was really unnecessary because I checked him out thoroughly, told me what to expect, and most importantly, he asked me if I had any questions. He was very patient with me, and he made me feel comfortable. I felt as if I had his full attention, and that he had a genuine interest in what was troubling me. What really impressed me was his book. He showed me a few "Before and After" photos. They were quite impressive. After our meeting, Lee Rogers went over the financial information with me, and was extremely patient with me.
When it came time for my procedure, I wasn't nervous at all... I was actually counting down the days for it to happen. I had no second thoughts, no doubts. I had the utmost confidence in Dr. Bray's ability.
The operation was easy. I had virtually no down time. I was doing housework the very next day. But most importantly, the outcome was exactly what I expected; with much less pain!
It has now been six weeks since my procedure, and various clients have complimented me on how rested and youthful I look. It has done wonders fro my self-esteem and confidence. I can honestly say that Dr. Bray has changed my life. In fact, I bought my mother a procedure for Christmas!
