I just wanted to let you know how thankful I am to you for the beautiful results of my nose surgery. As you know, I had my initial "nose job" with another surgeon several years ago who botched the job pretty badly. I was very disappointed with the results of that surgery and hesitant to have more surgery since the experience was very traumatic.
My experience with you and your staff was truly wonderful! You took the time to answer all my questions and explain the procedure in detail. Your staff was always available and very helpful when I called. The surgery itself went better than I ever imagined. I was never in any pain or discomfort and felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process. Your nurses were very patient and kind to me before during, and after the surgery. This outstanding level of care continues at each of my post-op appointments.
The little bit of swelling and bruising I had is now gone and I am ecstatic about my new nose. It is absolutely perfect! I know that my surgery was a bit more challenging because you had to repair someone else's mistakes. Even with the added challenge, you have given me a nose that is proportional to my face and one that looks very natural. You are truly an expert in you field!
